PRODUCT CARE

Wash our collars and leads in warm soapy water and air dry. Do not put them in a washing machine or tumble dryer.

Sometimes flyaways can come off the rope. You can remove these by using a lighter flame. Be sure to pass over the strands quickly and not to hold the flame in one place or you may damage the lead..

Every item is made with strong, durable materials. We take every care to make every piece as strong and safe as possible. As with any collar and lead, it's advised to regularly check these for any wear and tear. Brindle & Bramble part of Kimi's K9 Services cannot be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur when using our products.

ORDERING

All items are handmade to order on a pre-order system unless the item is marked as 'in stock' this means it will be made up and ready to post. It can take between 1 - 6 weeks depending on stock. We will notify you within 48 hours of your pre-order with an expected time frame. When placing your order you are accepting that it may take up to 6 weeks so refunds cannot be given when we advise you of a timescale.

REFUNDS

If your product arrives broken or faulty please contact us as soon as possible for us to rectify. It's important to check your collars and leads before each use. If your product breaks within a short time frame of use (less than 3 months) we can refund/replace if appropriate.  If the product is defective after 3 months of use, or a product does not fit your dog due to the measurements given being incorrect, if the item was made to the specified size (very small discrepancies allowed) we cannot issue a refund.
As we are a small business we cannot guarantee that we can refund cancellations. We will try to accommodate where we can but this may not be possible. If you wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible.
